Being able to destroy creatures and deal excess damage to opponents is major, and could turn the tides of many a tough matchup for red players in Limited

The card is played by having a creature you control climb onto the card (which is probably supposed to mean that you place the creature on top of the card itself), and then "slide them on their merry way"
It's way too expensive just for the card draw, though, and you'll normally play it for the rest of the effects: chapter two can fix your mana on top of giving you a big body, and Avatar Kyoshi can get you a big boost of mana

I wonder if he also gives cheep legal advice
