For one effect the card is wildly over priced even with its good utility
of course, that wont guarantee you a specific Manga rare either
which will trigger effects like Ugin's Binding or Kozilek's Unsealing for much cheaper
they arent that complicated if you follow them correctly
The main reason I ventured down to Ikebukuro where this center is, was to get my hands on a blister pack of the latest pokemon cards
