Trouble in Pairs allows you to draw cards off attacks against you, their second card draw, or their second spell cast
Putting the creature on top of your library isnt much of a downside since you can just play this at the end of the turn before yours or even in your upkeep to draw the card straight away
The upshot of that is: they're going to let you have the treasure, and more often than not
Its not technically an Un- set card (it was released as an unplayable holiday gift), but it is silver-bordered so were counting it
Therefore, the copies from Unlimited are of course more affordable
