Card Advantage / Quality Smuggler's Copter 8.5 I am putting this in the card quality section as that is the most useful thing this offers to goblins

The goblins come with the card and don't require anything further like they do with Krenko

Dual lands are still great because they can produce two mana colors, and if your deck only runs two or three colors, then chances are itll be able to cast most of the cards in your hand

Then in each end step you'll draw if you gained at least three life this turn

This enables earlier threats and stronger late-game strategies

Heck, even my 60 card decks only ran like 20-22 lands while my Average Mana Value was like 3.75+
