The Sound of Drums is a good card, though

Board Wipes / Mass Removal (34 slots): Spells to reset the entire battlefield when an opponents token swarm or aggro board gets out of control, such as Wrath of God or Blasphemous Act

Its an artifact found almost exclusively in Kindred decks and is actually pretty strong

Displaced Dinosaurs The next Magic set on the horizon is The Lost Caverns of Ixalan, so it wasnt a big surprise to see a few Dinosaur support cards in these Commander decks

If you do pay it unless it is late game or you have a Cradle you are somewhat skipping your turn

It's just not so powerful that I think Halvar / Sword of the Realms is worth getting too excited about
