That said, Ive anecdotally heard that PSA can be stingy with this and will often double down on the grade the initially gave it even when its pretty clear it didnt deserve that grade

Looking at the back of mine through its PSA slab makes it appear not to be glossy, and I honestly dont remember thinking it was any different to any other card before I had it graded - but then again I didnt spend all that long looking at the back of it
