Its playful expression with its tongue out speaks to the artists talent in composition and their love for this Pokmon. The angle capturing from behind and the composition where Toxtricity is jumping and turning away is unique and I felt it captured the Pokmon very well

Whatever qualifies them for inclusion, these cards deserve more attention based on their standout artwork
