Memory Plunder [Wizard deck]: Can be really good, and can be useless
You can either use it to counter a non-creature spell, or kill the creature you couldn't counter
Flying, menace, haste Whenever Starscream deals combat damage to a player, if there is no monarch, that player becomes the monarch
Its not that good, but it puts any card onto the top of your deck, and thats what were after, right
