Dissonant Wave from Emerald Dragon is a really cool effect to have in green, but its really narrow and three mana is a lot to hold up for the chance to counter an activated or triggered ability

I feel like with where it's at right now, it's a control deck and focuses on taking out enemy creatures and hurting opponents along the way

Does it not fit

Given that background, and the changes that WotC has made to Commander since (like the creation of the bracket system and Game Changers list ), it doesnt seem unlikely that WotC would decide to roll back the RCs most controversial move
