To solve this, I used a bit of brute force
Contents: 2 Decks (60 cards each) one themed as a Hero deck (likely Clouds deck ) and one as a Villain deck ( Sephiroths deck )
Neither option gives you a clean, durable card that feels right across the table during a casual game
Print them yourself, of course
This plays right into the expend mechanic from the main set, which encourages you to spend at least 4 mana each turn
A great card can be worth a decent amount even if it's printed at common rarity, while a super rare one that nobody wants to play could be worth significantly less
