That's right: if you preorder a Core Set 2019 booster box ahead of time, you can actually buy your box and bring it home (or crack it all open there!) right away
The best example of this is mill, which meant to put cards from your library into your graveyard long before it was formally codified in Core Set 2021
Thats not to say there arent some great picks to be made here, of course
