Description
Both players playing lands, creatures, and using their hand in rough parity

Anyone who has seen it in play will be able to fill you in: making a Goblin every turn, immediately giving it a +1/+1 counter, and then swinging in with it stacks up some damage pretty darn quick
All Is Dust is obviously powerful, even if youre not utilizing the one or more colors clause

Since there's no color restriction you can slot Conjurer's Closet into practically any deck, though a little bit of ramp is nice since five-mana is a bit of an awkward amount when you normally will want a higher impact card going into the mid-game

With Teval, Arbiter of Virtue, you can do just that, since it grants all your spells delve at the cost of a little life
It can also improve its strength and durability for a longer lifespan
