Cid, Timeless Artificer is really strong in multiples but mediocre on its own (note that Weapons Vendor is an artificer for it)

Captain America, First Avenger comes with two abilities - a Catch ability that allows the player to attach a target Equipment to Captain America and a Throw ability that Unattaches that Equipment and deals out damage equal to its mana cost

At least from an MTG perspective, this puts Sin alongside graveyard commanders like Muldrotha, the Gravetide, but with the chaotic twist of that aforementioned cycle

This isn't a creature that can technically dish out this ridiculously high damage number if you pull off a multi-card combo or jump through some hoops
