Technically my very first fake cards from back in the day were made from blanks that I had produced from 1st Edition Base Set scans, but I had artificially added a Shadowd border in order to make them look more like the post-Unlimited Jungle-era blanks
Meanwhile, its the trainer cards from Shining Revelry that have really made the biggest impact (which we also get into below)
