Goldeen and Primarina probably rank higher due to their artwork and the fact Primarina hasn't appeared in the TCG for a long time
It's incredibly deep
More than a quarter of all Pokmon cards printed were produced from 2020 to 2022
Without this feature, you're just guessing
Even if you don't pull any of these, nearly every card has such a unique style and theming compared to any other MTG set, that any collector just can't be disappointed with whatever they pull
