While not overly impressive these days, this sacrificial Gobbo saw a decent amount of competitive play in Sligh decks of yore
That resource can be life, cards in hand, permanents on the battlefield, or as we see in white quite often, more lands in play
Of these, there are some good ones, but there are also many that are truly great
The deck was fun enough and this ogre had nothing to do with its overall theme, but I remember that the flavor text really stuck with me
The front side here is, admittedly, pretty unexciting
