As cool as it is to see fire and water and other exciting effects, they just arent needed when they slow your experience so much
Once you do have a lot of mana available, it becomes much easier to start running away with the game
This deck uses the Misty Supporter Card to stack Energy on either Articuno ex or Lapras ex while Starmie ex gets to work depleting the opposing Pokemon's HP
Power Artifact (Combo) Power Artifact + Grim Monolith = Infinite mana
Whether this happened or not is up for some debate, but it makes for a great story, and likely contributes to its high price
