and since I'm back....chat starts here, rather than post again......speaking of stripped nuts, I have a release plate stuck together that I can't get the nut off for the life of me, and then my Supermatic threw the rivnut, with a stripped nut stuck on, again, can't get it off.......now I am totally boggled as to what to do......I don't believe I am capable of "setting" a rivnut, and to what point when I don't use that one....I have the unused warranty and am going to ask Premier if they might replace my machine with another possibly larger nozzled one, just to see if it would fill like my Ult's, and if so, it would definately be the best one
